TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Policy
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours before the preferred time.
- A ₱200–₱500 reservation fee may apply for advance bookings and will be deducted from the total payment.
- Clients are encouraged to confirm their booking through chat or call before service dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
- Same-day cancellations or last-minute changes (less than 3 hours before the schedule) will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
- If the therapist is already on the way or has arrived, the full service fee will be charged.
Service Policy
- Our therapists are licensed and trained to perform Spadriana Manila’s signature techniques.
- Clients are expected to maintain a safe and respectful environment during service.
- Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Health and Safety
- Please inform us beforehand of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
- We reserve the right to decline or adjust services for safety reasons.
- All equipment, towels, and tools are sanitized before every appointment.
Payment Methods
- We accept cash, GCash, and bank transfer.
- Full payment must be settled after the service unless otherwise stated (for promotions or advance booking).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Service Refunds
Refunds or rebookings are valid under the following conditions:
- Therapist was unable to arrive or perform the scheduled service.
- Service was not rendered as agreed upon due to our fault.
- Client cancels 3 hours prior and has paid in advance.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- Client cancels on-the-spot or refuses service upon arrival.
- Service was completed in full and concerns were preference-based.
- Client provided incorrect address or failed to be present during the appointment.
Product Refunds (If Applicable)
- Eligible for return/refund: defective or damaged products upon delivery; unused items within 7 days.
- Not eligible: used or unsealed items, gift vouchers, clearance items, or expired products.
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email: spadrianamanila@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and reason for request.
- For physical products, ship them to:
Spadriana Manila Admin Office, Navotas City
- Client shoulders the return shipping fee unless the error was on our end.
Processing
- Once your request is received, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
